We use 3rd party couriers for our deliveries: DPD Ireland and An Post.

As soon as your order is received it will be processed within 24 hours ready for shipment to your specified delivery address.

A flat fee of €10 applies to deliveries nationwide. Orders over €150 qualify for free delivery.

When your order has been shipped, we will email you with your tracking code as well as a link to track your order.

At Toolshop we know how important it is to get your products to you as fast as possible, and for orders made before 1pm we strive towards same day dispatch.

We aim to respond to all emails and calls related to orders & deliveries in a timely manner. Our customer support is open from 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 1pm on Saturday. Please include your Order Reference number for a quick response.
